We're looking for a driven, motivated sales professional to help us scale. You’re crypto native, and bring an intuitive understanding of the space that lets you speak credibly with prospects, diagnose their problems, and position solutions that help them. You’ll be an integral part of our GTM strategy that will own the entire pipeline where your ability to build trust with prospects and close deals will have a direct impact on the business.
What you'll do
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
Run discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations, tailoring your pitch to each prospect's specific problems and goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong connections with key decision-makers and nurturing them into long-term partnerships
Utilize your existing network and relationships to drive new business
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share learnings, refine messaging, and improve the way we go to market
Represent the company at industry events, building visibility and sourcing leads in person
Experience
3+ years of experience in web3 in a sales role with a history of success
Has an existing network in web3 that you can activate
Comfortable in outbound outreach, qualification, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing business as this role owns the full sales cycle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have:
Knowledge of payments and fintech
Past experience at a startup and/or fast scaling company
Knowledge & Skills
Familiar in web3 concepts — onramps, smart contracts, NFTs, stablecoins, etc.
Ability to sell to different roles and can adjust the pitch accordingly
Strong communicator in writing and in conversation
You have a track record of leveraging your network to drive business
Fluent in English
