We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to bring structure, visibility, and automation to our growing sales and customer success team. Our 5-person team is excellent at building relationships and closing deals, but they need operational support to scale efficiently. You'll be the architect of our sales infrastructure, implementing systems that eliminate administrative burden and provide clear visibility into our pipeline and performance. You'll also train the team on new tools, provide day-to-day operational support, and collaborate with them to continuously improve our processes
What You'll Do
Lead the selection and implementation of a proper CRM system
Document and optimize sales processes from lead to close
Design pipeline stages, lead scoring, workflow automation, and tool integrations to eliminate manual work
Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions across the sales process
Collaborate with sales and customer success to continuously improve operations
Provide day-to-day operational support
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
3-5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role
Proven experience implementing and managing CRM systems
Strong proficiency with sales analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation
Experience building automation workflows and integrating sales tools
Track record of improving sales efficiency through process optimization
Preferred Experience
Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/Web3 companies
Experience with sales teams of 5-20 people
Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and terminology
Technical aptitude with APIs, Zapier, or other integration tools
