The Role

Siddha Privacy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect – Capital Markets Solutions who will work closely with our CTO and the larger team consisting of Researchers and Software Developers. This strategic role is responsible for driving the adoption of Siddha products within the capital markets industry by bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology.

This role entails collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to promote Siddha technology, working closely with major institutions to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions, and contributing significantly to the development of the Siddha capital markets product strategy. Your efforts are crucial in furthering Siddha Protocol's objectives of improving blockchain privacy and scalability through interoperability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the successful adoption of Siddha products in the capital markets industry by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major financial institutions, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales and implementation process.
Lead and actively participate in gathering requirements, scoping projects, and designing innovative solutions that leverage Siddha products to address specific use cases and challenges within the capital markets industry. Make a significant contribution to the successful delivery of at least three client projects/proofs of concept (POCs).

Required Qualifications

Industry Experience: Extensive technical pre-sales or post-sales experience, engaging with key financial players in capital markets or broader financial sectors.
Blockchain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, including DeFi, tokenization, digital assets, and digital identity.
Technical Skills: Proficient in middleware, integration patterns, web services technologies, and APIs. Demonstrable ability to develop and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and address both functional and technical aspects of proposals autonomously.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years in blockchain technology, including consensus protocols, with at least 3 years in leadership managing technical teams and spearheading engineering projects.
Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in C++, Golang, and/or Solidity with a robust understanding of blockchain and distributed systems.
Cloud Technologies: Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Leadership in Technology: Demonstrated leadership in technical teams with a focus on performance management and driving engineering initiatives. Expertise in Distributed Systems, particularly in Performance, Scalability, and Observability.
