The Role


Siddha Privacy, Inc. seeks a Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) – Tokenized Assets & DeFi Growth to drive the commercialization, partnerships, and growth of our programmable asset rail platform. This role is instrumental in bridging traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi) through tokenized financial instruments such as bonds, receivables, and treasuries.

As CBDO, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, secure critical partnerships with financial institutions and blockchain platforms, and ensure Siddha achieves its ambitious goals for liquidity, transaction volume, and revenue growth. Your expertise in building and executing high-impact partnerships will be essential in scaling the platform and ensuring market penetration.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:


 1. Partnership Development:

 • Establish partnerships with banks for tokenizing receivables, bonds, and other financial instruments.

 • Build relationships with liquidity providers and DeFi platforms to expand liquidity and secure custody solutions.

 2. Go-to-Market Strategy:

 • Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for tokenized financial products.

 • Focus on driving adoption of tokenized corporate debt products and exceeding liquidity and revenue goals.

 3. Negotiation and Execution:

 • Lead high-impact strategic deals, negotiating with banks, DeFi platforms, and institutional partners.

 • Ensure every partnership and deal aligns with Siddha’s mission and delivers measurable ROI.

 4. Team Building:

 • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture within the business development team.

 • Mentor team members, ensuring alignment with Siddha’s goals and values.

 5. Problem-Solving and Alignment:

 • Collaborate with banking partners and DeFi platforms to design solutions tailored to their liquidity and compliance needs.

 • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring platform capabilities meet market demands.

 6. Metrics and Reporting:

 • Track and report KPIs, revenue forecasts, and transaction volume targets. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.

 • Maintain transparency and alignment across the organization on critical performance metrics.

What You’ll Work On:



 • Managing a portfolio of opportunities: Originate, develop, and manage high-value opportunities across traditional and decentralized finance. Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to bring new products to market, driving transaction volumes of $1B+ within the first 6 months.

 • Expanding liquidity base: Secure partnerships with banks, custodians, and DeFi platforms to grow Siddha’s liquidity network and tokenized asset adoption.

 • Building a high-performance team culture: Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and performance. Ensure the team is metrics-driven, solutions-oriented, and fast-paced in execution.

 • Developing executive relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in SME banks, DeFi platforms, and blockchain ecosystems.

 • Driving measurable outcomes: Track and report KPIs, revenue forecasts, and transaction volume targets, maintaining transparency and alignment with company goals.

Required Qualifications



 1. Business Development Expertise:

 • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on fintech or blockchain ecosystems.

 • Proven ability to negotiate and execute high-impact strategic deals with C-level audiences.

 2. Blockchain Knowledge:

 • Deep understanding of blockchain, tokenization, and DeFi protocols.

 • Experience with high-volume blockchain projects and handling billions in transaction volume.

 3. Partnership Success:

 • Strong track record of building and managing partnerships in traditional finance and blockchain.

 • Network of contacts in SME banking, custodians, and DeFi platforms is highly preferred.

 4. Leadership:

 • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining focus on measurable results.

 5. Strategic Communication:

 • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured and concise internal and external memos.

 6. Adaptability and Execution:

 • Thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to operate effectively in both entrepreneurial and structured environments.

Compensation

 • Base Pay Range: $180,000 - $250,000

 • Annual Bonus Target: 20%+ of base pay

 • Equity Options: Offered based on experience and impact.


Annual Salary Range: $178,000 USD - $244,000 USD
