Job Description:  

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for YFX that aligns with our mission to pioneer decentralized technology, driving adoption and user growth within the blockchain ecosystem .
• Formulate and refine the positioning of YFX's in Onchain Trading offerings, leveraging in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and crypto market insights to differentiate our products. • Collaborate with Web3 product teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging that aligns with user expectations and the ethos of the decentralized web.
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimize future campaigns and find new opportunity areas


What We Look For In You
• Solid experience working across marketing, product, sales, strategy and operations
• Solid experience building, managing, and scaling all aspects of go-to-market programs - everything from strategic planning - to content marketing - to go-to-market implementation through project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable, detailed plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges
• Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work.
