About the Job
Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our company. You will contribute to our digital marketing operations. The Digital Marketing Manager will help to develop a successful, next-level digital marketing strategy and vision. You'll help with our digital marketing efforts toward success. You will helpt to create and manage our Digital Marketing strategy and shape the offering being built for our target audiences in both GameFi and Web 3 spaces. You will understand our target audience, segment them, position our product, and execute our targeting strategy, working alongside our product, business development and tech teams.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will:
- Help with the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that align with the needs and goals of our business.
- Help implement these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization, and data analytics, to support future business growth.
- Working alongside cofounders, business development team, marketing and product team to establish a best-of-breed approach to marketing technology.
- Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns focusing on optimization.
- Help to design and coordinate PR campaigns and promotional materials across a variety of channels.
- Plan and manage various Web3 and GameFi user acquisition campaigns.
- Organize, plan, and help with the following executions: Telegram Marketing, Discord Marketing, Content marketing, Social media management, Community management and Press relations.
- Help with our product marketing strategy for our products with a strong value proposition to ensure product-market fit among our target audiences, driving product uptake and adoption.
- Use marketing research, competitive analysis, and insights from our community and other sources to map the ecosystem, uncover deep customer needs, and define product positioning and targeting.
- Leverage data and customer insights to recommend current and future growth opportunities, including new functionality, new distribution opportunities, and improvements.
- Work with the cofounders to articulate key messaging for audiences.
- Track and report content and communications program results and metrics. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
- Will be responsible for our Telegram marketing efforts.
- Experience and knowledge of Telegram advertising.
- Extensive experience implementing and working with marketing technology.
- Experience in media planning and buying, lead generation and acquisition strategies, targeting Web3 and GameFi users.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing for the Web3 or GameFi industry.
- Experience setting marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Inquisitive mindset, with awareness of current market trends.
- Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain open lines of communication; collaborate with other teams and suppliers.
- Keen understanding of data analysis methods and market research.
- Application of digital marketing techniques and strategies across a variety of channels.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

Annual Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $90,000 USD
