TRN Labs is an accelerator dedicated to expanding the ecosystem of The Root Network. The Root Network is a blockchain purpose-built for open metaverse activations, utilizing protocols to enable seamless user experience and enhance content interoperability. The organization supports the growth of the Web3 ecosystem, providing a sustainable foundation for communities and developers building on The Root Network.

[Responsibilities]
Market Research 
a. Track industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and stay informed about emerging technologies in the Web3 ecosystem.
b. Identify key trends, opportunities, and actionable competitive insights within the Web3 landscape.
c. Collborate with the internal business strategy team to design and execute go-to-market strategies and implement new business initiatives effectively and swiftly.

New Business Development
a. Identify and engage potential clients and partners using various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
b. Qualify leads and manage their progression through the sales funnel, aiming to successfully onboard new projects into The Root Network ecosystem.

Relationship Building
a. Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective enterprise clients and strategic partners.
b. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions. Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth. 
c. Represent TRN labs in events at tech conferences, blockchain meetups, and AI expos to network and promote services.

[Preference]
Experience
a.  Minimum of 3-5  years of demonstrable experience of SaaS sales or business development, including at least 1 year of experience within Web3 industry.
b. Comfortable with all aspects of the sales process: from structuring and negotiating an initial partnership agreement to closing the deal.

Language Skills
a. Proficiency in english(verbal and written) sufficient to maintain and nurture business relationships with professional clients.
b. At least one additional language proficiency is a plus (preferably Mandarin or other APAC-region languages).

Communication Skills
a. Demonstrated strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successful deal-making.
b. Proactively engage with partners throughout the sales lifecycle to gather product feedback, share updates, and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
c. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences with clarity, speed, and influence.

Annual Salary Range: $64,000 USD - $92,000 USD
