We are seeking an experienced and dynamic KOL Manager to lead and execute influencer partnerships for our cryptocurrency project. As a KOL Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and thought leaders across the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. Your goal will be to drive awareness, foster community growth, and enhance the project’s presence in the digital asset space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & Recruit KOLs: Research and identify influential figures in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including YouTubers, Twitter personalities, bloggers, podcasters, and other thought leaders.
Develop Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and KOLs to establish strategic partnerships that align with the project’s vision and goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns with KOLs to promote product launches, updates, and other key milestones, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audience, including interviews, product reviews, AMAs, and social media posts.
Budget & Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring that deliverables are met and that campaigns stay within budget.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of KOL campaigns, measuring key KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Community Engagement: Foster a deeper connection between KOLs and the project’s community by encouraging dialogue and interactions through social media platforms, live events, and collaborations.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or community management, ideally in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
Knowledge of Crypto Industry: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging trends in the space.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-profile influencers, KOLs, and content creators in the crypto space.
Campaign Management: Experience in designing, executing, and measuring the success of influencer marketing campaigns.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
