Job description
Superposition is building the first blockchain that pays you to use it! Featuring ‘Super Assets’, every transaction is a random yield rewarding event, ranging from cents to thousands per transaction! A central liquidity hub centralises liquidity, providing a convenient environment for challenger dapps to quickly launch and gain adoption. Exclusively utilising Arbitrum Stylus technology on the Orbit stack, the stack is the most gas-efficient and will be the most rewarding experience possible.
Superposition is looking for a Head of Growth to set the tone and execute a long-term approach for growth hacking this new chain! This is an opportunity to be involved with setting the strategic tone for an exciting new technology with the potential for massive amounts of adoption and growth!

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user growth, engagement, and brand awareness, while fostering a vibrant and supportive community around Superposition. A strong understanding of the DeFi landscape and familiarity with the ecosystems of Arbitrum, Ethereum, Solana, and Optimism is essential.

Responsibilities and skills
- Defining and supporting the strategic roadmap for Superposition Chain. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
- Identifying and onboarding key partners to Superposition, and defining practices to scale the process of doing so.
- Defining and supporting the growth strategy for Superposition chain.
Education and experience/licenses
Prior experience in a growth role or a marketing role is desired.
