Siddha Privacy, Inc. seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the integration of traditional finance with autonomous financial systems. Blockchain Expertise: Proven experience in designing and scaling high-volume blockchain solutions, particularly those managing billions in transaction volumes and significant revenue streams. Experience with cross-chain technologies and liquidity solutions.

Hands-On Engineering Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience as a CTO in high-growth environments, leading teams through agile transformations and delivering scalable solutions.

AI-Driven Development: Strong track record of leveraging AI-based tools for rapid prototyping and process automation, reducing time-to-market for blockchain and financial applications.

Deep Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and financial levers within the engineering team. Experience in optimizing cost structures while maintaining high levels of innovation and security.

Cybersecurity Expertise: Demonstrated ability to implement best-in-class security practices, with a focus on safeguarding blockchain protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and align engineering goals with strategic business objectives. Proven ability to lead through influence in cross-disciplinary teams.
