Our client, one of the top-tier crypto exchanges, is expanding its content team and looking for 2 Copywriters and 2 Senior Content Leads to join their growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Lead Copywriter, you will craft cohesive, compelling narratives that align with business objectives and inspire user engagement. Working closely with a diverse team, you’ll help strengthen the brand’s voice and communication strategies across a range of platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Messaging: Develop original and creative campaign messaging that reflects the brand's core values and business goals.
Content Creation: Write engaging content for multiple channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
User-Centric Copy: Partner with Product Designers and Managers to create intuitive, concise content for both novice and advanced traders across web and mobile interfaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and achieves strategic objectives.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to assess content effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in content/copywriting, technical writing, journalism, or UX product design. A background in a creative agency or similar environment is essential, with bonus points for experience in crypto, fintech, or finance.
Creative Expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft strategic and engaging narratives, with a flair for storytelling and translating complex ideas into compelling content. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
Product Knowledge: Adept at understanding user journeys, producing clear and impactful copy across various mediums.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with non-English speaking stakeholders who are unable to communicate in English.
Relocation: Candidates must be able to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Malaysia’s KL office.
