We’re passionate about building brands and creating impactful digital experiences in the Web3 space. As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Social Account Manager for our team.

Role Overview:

The Social Account Manager will play an important role in leading our social media marketing efforts with emphasis on working closely with client and Phoenix teams to plan and execute social media strategies, drive day to day performance, deliver best-practices and ensure demonstrable results for our clients.

Internally, the Social Account Manager will contribute to internal organization’s success by creating documentation for client projects including developing project timelines, planning budgets when necessary, determining expected outcomes, and overseeing deliverables for their. campaigns.

Overall, this role is critical to ensuring that our social marketing work is always executed in alignment with top-level strategies, client expectations, goals, and broader marketing efforts.

The Social Account Manager will collaborate closely with the Social Lead Creative, Social Account Manager, Social Coordinator, creative teams, community teams, and influencer teams to manage day to day client work, campaign execution, and client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Act as the primary or secondary point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of social media work. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership by driving alignment and highly collaborative workflows supporting social output aligned to their business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, management, and execution of social media efforts across multiple clients, with support from the Social Coordinator. Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's strategic objectives.
  • Content Delivery: Work closely with the Social Coordinator, Phoenix creative team, and other creative contributors to ensure all requests are in on time and all assets are delivered as required for client work. Ensure that all content is aligned with the creative strategy and meets brand standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Growth and Community teams, and external partners when necessary to ensure cohesive execution of social media strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with community managers to leverage network power and enhance brand engagement.
  • Performance Reporting, Analysis, & Refinement: Use analytics tools to track and evaluate social media performance. Work with Social Coordinator to provide regular reports to clients, showcasing ROI, key performance metrics, and how the data will affect strategies in the future.
  • FUD Fighter Program Oversight: Oversee the FUD Fighter team to ensure the team is properly staffed at all times. Work closely with Engagement Manager to ensure the team is performing at a high level and delivering quality content. Work with Social Coordinator to ensure the team has the the right accounts and tools to execute their work.
  • Coordinator Support: Train and coach Social Account Coordinator to ensure continuity on all processes and cross-department workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (familiarity with Farcaster and Lens are a plus).
  • Experience working with Web3 projects or in the blockchain space is required.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Phoenix leadership and creative, growth, and community teams.
  • Experience in influencer engagement and social community management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with social media analytics and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
