Role:

The Creative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of creative projects by streamlining workflows, refining processes, and acting as a key quality assurance checkpoint. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for branding, and the ability to align tasks with established creative direction. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive in solving problems, and collaborative, contributing to ideation while supporting on-time delivery of creative work.

Reporting to Creative Leadership and working closely with account management, this role bridges the gap between strategy and execution by translating client goals into actionable tasks for creative teams. While primarily internal-facing, the Creative Coordinator will engage with clients to gather and clarify feedback, ensuring that it is actionable and aligns with the brand's vision and project objectives.

Responsibilities

Creative Workflow & Process Optimization:

Streamline workflows by coordinating tasks, timelines, and team resources.
Serve as a Quality Assurance checkpoint to ensure deliverables meet established brand guidelines and creative direction.
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and output quality.

Project Management & Scheduling:

Oversee project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of tasks and milestones.
Track progress and identify potential bottlenecks, proactively suggesting solutions.
Distribute meeting agendas and follow up with action items to keep teams aligned and accountable.

Client Support & Communication:

Collaborate with creative leads and account managers to align client feedback with project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines to creative work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion.
Experience in creative or agency environments, especially in Web3 or emerging markets.

This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Comfort with participating in creative conversations and a passion for branding are key.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement is essential.
