Responsibilities:
- Harness internet trends to increase impressions and engagement across our social media channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other teams.
- Design, execute, and manage large social campaigns across Owl.Games’ social accounts.
- Work with the team and external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the Owl.Games brand.
- Assist in generating creative ideas for posts and campaigns.
- Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels, translating findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audiences.
- Track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Run live events and AMA sessions.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- Engage in online conversations with Owl.Games’ social community about our services. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
- Continue to grow current social channels, identify new platform opportunities, and address potential issues.
- Strategize and coordinate social media distribution of new content and product releases.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English.
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
- Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry, preferably working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies.
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and ability to identify internet trends and content opportunities.
- Exceptional creativity in content ideation.
- Minimum 10-20 hours per week commitment.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Social Media Manager role.
- Previous experience with growing communities, preferably among crypto exchanges/wallets/Layer 1-2 ecosystems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and trending topics.
- 1-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- A team player who is independent and self-motivated.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Annual Salary Range: $10,000 USD - $30,000 USD
