Job Title: Community Growth Manager for Layer 2 Blockchain

Location: Remote (UTC-8: Pacific Standard Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Growth Manager to lead, manage, and grow our community on Discord and Telegram for our Layer 2 blockchain project. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blockchain space, a proven track record of building and maintaining online communities, and the ability to work independently to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow active communities on Discord and Telegram, leveraging admin tools and bots to optimize engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to drive community growth, retention, and engagement, including campaigns, events, and other creative initiatives.
Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and execute innovative growth strategies.
Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, retention, and community health.
Represent the brand professionally, building and maintaining relationships with high-value partners in the blockchain space.
Run community campaigns independently, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Handle community feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and address FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) as it arises.
Stay up to date on crypto/blockchain events and trends to align community activities with industry developments.
Provide positive references and testimonials from previous projects, showcasing a history of community growth, engagement, and retention success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in growing and managing Discord and Telegram communities, with a focus on retention and engagement metrics.
Previous work experience in the blockchain space is essential.
Fluent English speaker with English as your mother tongue.
Strong knowledge of Discord and Telegram admin tools and bots.
Ability to work remotely and independently, managing your own time and tasks efficiently.
