Senior Blockchain Test Engineer

Job Overview 

Responsible for testing faults and bugs in the high-data-availability blockchains, ensuring the stability of blockchain systems, and supporting the launch and maintenance of critical milestones such as testnet. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Test blockchain systems.
• Ensure the stability of blockchain systems.
• Identify and participate in fixing potential issues in blockchain systems.
• Conduct code reviews and quality control for blockchain systems.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology, evaluate and integrate new technologies.
• Mentor and train junior test engineers.

Basic Requirements

• At least one experience in blockchain test.
• At least three years of test experience in the blockchain industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles.
• Familiarity with consensus and other technical details of blockchains such as Ethereum and Cosmos. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lead test engineer in well-known blockchain projects.
• Proficiency in Cosmos protocol.
• English Skill.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
