Senior Blockchain DevOps Engineer

Job Overview 

Responsible for operating and maintaining high-data-availability blockchains, ensuring the stability of blockchain systems, and supporting the launch and maintenance of critical milestones such as testnet. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deploy and launch blockchain systems.
• Ensure the stability of blockchain systems.
• Identify and participate in fixing potential issues in blockchain systems.
• Conduct code reviews and quality control for blockchain devOps.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology, evaluate and integrate new technologies.
• Mentor and train junior devOps engineers.

Basic Requirements

• Proficient in dev-ops management.
• At least one experience in blockchain dev-ops.
• At least three years of devOps experience in the blockchain industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
• Familiarity with consensus and other technical details of blockchains such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lead devOps engineer in well-known blockchain projects.
• Proficiency in Cosmos protocol.
• English Skill.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
