Senior Blockchain Development Engineer

Job Overview 

Responsible for participating in the design and implementation of high-data-availability blockchains, optimizing the stability of blockchain systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions.
• Optimize blockchain performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews and quality control for blockchain development.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology, evaluate and integrate new technologies.
• Mentor and train junior development engineers.

Basic Requirements

• Proficient in Go programming language.
• At least one experience in blockchain development.
• At least three years of development experience in the blockchain industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles.
• Familiarity with consensus and other technical details of blockchains such as Ethereum and Cosmos. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lead programmer in well-known blockchain projects.
• Proficiency in Cosmos protocol.
• Unique research experience in data availability.
• English Skill.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
