Ecosystem Development Specialist (Event Planner)

Job Overview: 

• As an Ecosystem Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including online and offline activities. You will coordinate resources to ensure the smooth operation of events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution: Plan events that attract a large number of participants, ensuring that events achieve the desired effects and directly drive user growth and business expansion.
2. Resource Coordination: Manage and coordinate the resources needed for events, including venues, equipment, and personnel, to ensure smooth execution.
3. Effect Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of events and provide suggestions for future improvements to optimize the execution of future events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning or related fields (online + offline).
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
