Content Manager

Job Overview: 

• As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for leading the content team, developing and implementing the overall content strategy. You will need to monitor market dynamics, establish content plans, and ensure that the content released enhances brand visibility and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop a clear content strategy, including goal setting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and execution timelines.
2. Team Management and Development: Manage and cultivate the content team, including content creators and editors, ensuring collaborative work to achieve business objectives.
3. Market Insight and Content Optimization: Based on market analysis and user feedback, adjust and optimize the content strategy to maximize impact and effectiveness. Monitor market dynamics, establish content release schedules, and ensure content quality and strategic consistency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in content management, with a preference for candidates with cryptocurrency or blockchain industry experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating team members to achieve their best.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and market dynamics, with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and a keen sense of market trends, narrative hotspots, and projects.

Content Creator 

Job Overview: 

The Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging content, including articles, videos, and social media posts. You will need to adjust the content strategy based on market trends and audience preferences to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Content Creation: Produce original, creative, and high-quality content that aligns with Nubit's brand voice and market positioning.
2. Trend Analysis and Application: Monitor and analyze industry trends, applying these insights to content creation to ensure timeliness and appeal. 3. Cross-platform Content Management: Publish and manage content across various social media and digital platforms, optimizing user interaction and engagement on each platform.

Qualifications:

• Professional content creation experience, with a preference for those with a background in cryptocurrencies or technology.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, able to use these tools to enhance content visibility and impact.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and market dynamics, with a keen sense of market trends, narrative hotspots, and projects.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
