We’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with Web3 experience and a passion for creating scalable, cutting-edge systems. You’ll write Solidity smart contracts, manage backend systems, and drive the technical roadmap for PlayBase. While you’ll be the technical lead, you’ll also collaborate with our AI team and product leaders to shape and execute the next evolution of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Solidity Development: Write, audit, and deploy Solidity smart contracts for the Lift Data Blockchain.
Backend & Infrastructure Management: Oversee backend systems and manage the development of PlayBase, the foundational database infrastructure.
Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
Web3 & Blockchain Integration: Ensure seamless integration of blockchain components into the broader data ecosystem.
AI Collaboration: Work closely with our AI team to manage and optimize AI-driven insights and capabilities.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or equivalent role, with a strong focus on backend systems.
Deep experience in Solidity development and smart contract deployment.
Web3 expertise, including experience with blockchain architectures and decentralized systems.
Database experience in designing, scaling, and managing complex database infrastructures.
Familiarity with AI integration and working with AI-driven systems.
Strong understanding of scalability challenges and solutions in Web3 and database environments.
Experience working in startup environments or fast-paced, agile teams.
Hands-on approach: Willingness to dive into the codebase and make direct contributions.
