Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Project Manager to support our CBDO in executing high-priority projects and ensuring alignment with GoMining’s business goals. This role will oversee multiple strategic initiatives, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines, while providing administrative support to streamline the CBDO’s workload. The ideal candidate has a background in project management, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

Coordinate and drive strategic projects that align with GoMining’s broader business objectives, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CBDO, ensuring all projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and status reports, to promote transparency and effective communication.

Administrative & Executive Support:

Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for the CBDO, ensuring efficient organization for meetings and events.
Prepare meeting agendas, document key takeaways, and follow up on action items to maintain accountability and progress.
Support day-to-day operations by managing expenses, handling ad hoc administrative tasks, and coordinating logistics as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:

Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects, facilitating clear communication across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Arrange and organize meetings with partners, potential clients, and stakeholders, providing support with materials and documentation as needed.

Market Research & Strategic Analysis:

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support project planning and strategy.
Provide regular insights and updates on relevant market developments to the CBDO and project teams.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities & Special Projects:

Assist with special projects as assigned by the CBDO, managing tasks with attention to detail and ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally with experience in the tech, finance, or crypto sectors.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a plus but not required.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 USD - $108,000 USD
