We’re GameOn - Techstars alum and a team of smart, passionate hustlers. We’re looking for a Growth Lead to join the crew. 

Our mission is to launch next-gen fantasy games with the best sports leagues in the world. We work with partners like LALIGA, PFL, and Karate Combat to deliver immersive and engaging experiences for sports fans where they can own, play, and influence the content - not just be passive viewers..

The role: 

GameOn is seeking a talented Growth Lead with a passion for sports, and a mindset for driving conversion.

As Growth Lead, you'll be diving head-first into the world of fantasy sports, spearheading growth initiatives to expand our user base and enhance user engagement. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving User Acquisition: Craft and execute strategies across various channels including influencers, paid media, and league activations to attract new users.
  • Optimizing User Retention: Develop and manage effective referral and remarketing campaigns that not only attract but also retain players. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
  • Enhancing User Engagement: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content and interactive campaigns that drive daily active use and deepen user engagement.

Your Impact:

  • Top of Funnel Strategies: Assist efforts in managing relationships with influencers, crafting engaging paid media campaigns, and coordinating with leagues for impactful activations.
  • Mid-Funnel Engagement: Design and implement referral programs and execute remarketing strategies to convert interested users into loyal players.
  • Conversion and Retention Tactics: Drive the execution of email, SMS campaigns, and in-app incentives to enhance user retention and increase lifetime value.

Your Background:

  • A seasoned marketer with 3-5 years in growth or digital marketing, particularly in tech or gaming industries.
  • A sharp strategist and tactician with a proven track record of driving user growth and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Social, Email/SMS, CRM and analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 USD - $100,000 USD
