Finery Markets — a B2B fintech company and ECN platform for OTC trading

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting demos;
Onboarding clients post-sales;
Supporting API integrations;
Closing deals (upselling);
Hands-on client support — from explaining business value to troubleshooting bugs.

What's Important:

Attention to detail & accountability
Experience in fintech/crypto or B2B, ideally with institutional clients.
Understanding of API integrations (REST, WebSocket, FIX) and confidence working with docs, logs, keys.

Proficiency in Excel, ability to estimate figures/revenue/flows.
Ability to manage clients and improve processes simultaneously (docs, feedback, instructions).

Annual Salary Range: $42,000 USD - $80,000 USD
