Payments & Crypto Solutions BD Lead

FinchTrade is a crypto OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm with headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. We’re looking for a strategic, well-connected business development professional with deep understanding of the operational workflows at Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), or crypto liquidity providers.

This role is not for generalist salespeople. We’re seeking someone with first-hand experience in the digital payments and crypto infrastructure world — someone who knows how these firms operate, what pain points they face, and how to build lasting commercial partnerships within that ecosystem. 🔧 What you’ll do

• Identify, shape, and execute new commercial opportunities within the crypto and payments space
  
  
• Improve our sales process and support client acquisition from financial institutions and crypto-native businesses
  
  
• Build the FinchTrade brand at industry events, conferences, and within your existing network
  
  
• Establish strategic partnerships with PSPs, EMIs, legal advisors, software vendors, and other relevant ecosystem players
  
  
• Cooperate with our AML unit to ensure compliance
  
  

✅ What you bring

• 3+ years of experience at a Payment Service Provider (PSP), EMI, crypto liquidity provider
  
  
• Solid understanding of operational, compliance, and commercial processes in those businesses
  
  
• A strong and relevant network in the crypto, payments, or digital asset industries in Europe
  
  
• Hands-on sales or client-facing experience is a strong plus
  
  
• Strategic mindset — you can identify value-adding opportunities and structure viable deals
  
  
• A self-starter approach: able to work independently and take ownership
