As our Marketing Consultant, you'll be central to shaping our marketing trajectory. You'll handle everything from strategy development and community engagement to influencer partnerships and campaign management. Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our goals, aimed at establishing a global brand presence and optimizing market visibility.
Analyze market trends and conduct thorough market analysis to effectively position our NFTs within the ecosystem, understanding competitor strategies and customer behaviors.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with business objectives.
Community and Influencer Engagement:
Lead our community management efforts to foster engagement and loyalty.
Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach and collaboration efforts across platforms like X, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
Organize and promote both virtual and in-person events to enhance community interaction and elevate brand visibility.
Marketing and Promotion:
Instruct the team on best practices for NFT promotion and audience engagement.
Manage and oversee campaigns across social media platforms to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Supervise the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Conduct online advertising campaigns to generate leads and enhance project visibility.
Implement targeted SEO strategies to boost online presence.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
Ensure close collaboration with the creative team to align NFT assets with marketing narratives.
Forge collaborations with key platforms, communities, and influencers.
Work in conjunction with Founders and the management team to translate our vision and values into compelling brand messaging.
Team Leadership and Training:
Provide guidance and training on the latest NFT marketing techniques and tools. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
Maintain and manage a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar.
Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Provide detailed reports on marketing metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in marketing for startups is a strong plus.
Experience working with NFT project(s) and in Web3 marketing.
4-8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of brand development, messaging, and social media marketing.
Versatility and adaptability, with the ability to contribute to various areas of marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and an eagerness to contribute to the growth and success of the company
Ability to think outside the box, crafting an innovative and creative marketing campaign
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with the anime industry, having a keen understanding of its culture and audience.
Experience working on top NFT projects or related marketing campaigns that have achieved significant recognition.
An established network within the anime and music community, including contacts with influential creators, artists, studios, and platforms.
