Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced NFT Project Manager who will not only oversee our NFT project but also manage the entire intellectual property (IP) associated with it. This includes the creation of an anime series and a strong emphasis on music. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building IPs, extensive expertise in NFTs, and deep connections within the Asian markets, particularly in China, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore etc
Key Responsibilities:
Music Management: Take control of the music aspect, including contacting and collaborating with famous composers and musicians, with more of a focus on Japanese and Korean artists.
Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for the NFT project, anime, and our animation studio.
IP Development: Oversee the development and protection of our intellectual property, ensuring all elements are cohesively integrated.
Narrative Solutions: Provide solutions to fill the current gaps in our storytelling, ensuring a compelling and cohesive narrative for the project and anime.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of artists, animators, marketers, and other professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure all aspects of the project stay within budget and are completed on time, providing regular updates and recommendations.
Comprehensive Management: Be an all-rounder who can guide the project to completion, ensuring no aspect is overlooked. This includes website development and other essential components.
Networking: Utilize an existing directory of outstanding companies and individuals to address various project needs and challenges.
Requirements:

Deep knowledge and connections in the Asian markets, particularly in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore etc
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with musicians, artists, and animators, preferably those from Japan and Korea.
