Role Description

Develop comprehensive testing strategies and manage the deployment of smart contracts across mainnet and testnet
You will work closely with the core engineering, product, and business development teams to ingest insights and drive improvements.
Participation in code reviews, design discussions, and contribution to technical documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.

Skill Requirements

Python/Django Expertise: Extensive experience in backend development using Python and Django, with a deep understanding of RESTful API design, ORM, and Django's core functionalities.
AWS Proficiency: Solid experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and cloud infrastructure management.
Development Tools: Familiarity with development frameworks and tools like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Testing & Debugging experience: Strong skills in writing and running unit and integration tests, debugging issues in large codebases, and optimizing performance.
Excellent software architecture instincts: good intuition for automation, testing, and software maintenance
Low-ego, startup mentality: you prioritise team goals, demonstrate openness in communication, and can effectively adapt in a dynamic environment.

Bonus if you have:

Knowledge of Solidity
Prior experience in blockchain engineering at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or Infrastructure project (Oracle, Bridge, Indexer, RPC Provider, Wallet)
Experience with financial systems and economical data analysis including visualization tools
