Head of Product & Design

As Head of Product & Design at Blockbyte, you lead a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers. You are responsible for defining and shaping our product experience — from user journeys and layout systems to interface logic and tone of voice. You work closely with the development lead to make sure design is executed precisely and consistently.

Your responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor the design & product team
• Develop structured workflows for ideation, prototyping, testing, and handoff
• Create and maintain design systems and scalable component libraries
• Own and manage the Figma workspace and documentation practices
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth implementation and high visual fidelity
  
  Your profile: 
  
  
  • 4+ years experience in product design or UX/UI leadership
  • Advanced Figma and interface design skills
  • Deep understanding of responsive UI principles and design/development collaboration
  • You think in flows, structure, and user feedback loops
  • Clear communicator with a strong eye for visual and functional detail
